Customer Self Service Portal
We give complete control of your booking so that you can view, manage or amend the booking details. We understand that sometimes there will be circumstances when you have to change your booking. When such circumstance comes your way, you do not have to worry about contacting us to amend your booking. Instead, you can simply access our Customer Self Service Portal powered by PaxPortal where you can reschedule, cancel, check cancellation policy or print a misplaced ticket/voucher all from one place.
All you need is your Booking Reference ID and the email address used at the time of booking the tour. Below are a few things you should consider when changing your booking:
- For cancellation - You need to cancel at least 30 days before the date of departure to avoid cancellation fee. We are trying to be as flexible as possible and we are one of the very few tour operators offering the best cancellation options.
- For rescheduling - If your tour departs during the high season months of March - May and September - November, you may reschedule to any available dates during these months only. If your tour departs during the regular season months of December - January and June - August, you may likewise reschedule to any available dates during these months only. In case you reschedule from regular season to high season, you have to pay the applicable cost difference.
